Sosta durante una passeggiata in Val Taleggio. Cucina semplice (mi verrebbe da dire come unavolta). Casoncelli, arrosto con purè di PATATE, crostata di ottima fattura artigianale, acqua e 1/2 vino rosso 2 caffè. Il tutto servito dalla giovane cameriera , 35 € di spesa tot. Grazie
Assolutamente fantastico, impeccabile. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, cibo da 10 e lode. Dopo 140 km in bici è stato assolutamente fantastico il cibo. In particolare anche il porta bici mi ha colpito, in legno e la mia ruota, per la prima volta, ci entra perfettamente. Consigliatissimo

Un fine settimana in un posto di passeggiate sui monti, alloggiando in un albergo d'altri tempi dove la tranquilla cordialità, il buon cibo e la semplicità ti rinfrescano l'anima.
Proprietario cortese e gentile, cucina sublime dai formaggi (rigorosamente della zona ... taleggio!) ai salumi. Da provare i casoncell, piatto tipico della bergamasca, fatti rigorosamente in casa ... dalla moglie. Chiedete dello strachitunt ... se vi piacciono i formaggi forti, resterete estasiati ...
Ristorante tipico della Val Taleggio. 80 km da Milano, 1 ora e 1/2 circa di viaggio (traffico permettendo) per poter gustare una selezione di formaggi del luogo davvero meritevole! Taleggio, in primis, ma anche il premiato Strachitunt e il Roccolo, ottimo nelle versioni al vino e al rosmarino. La signora Alida, proprietaria del ristorante, è una cuoca sopraffina e delizia i commensali con golosi antipasti (da citare la giardiniera), casoncelli fatti in casa e numerosi altri piatti. Con Alida al ristorante lavora il marito Amedeo, simpatico e cortese. Dopo un pasto genuino, accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di vino (anche due...), consiglio una digestiva passeggiata per il paese, Peghera, rilassante e silenzioso, per poi fermarsi, prima di ripartire, alla bottega ad acquistare formaggi e salumi nostrani, il miglior souvenir da portare a casa!
